Whether it's working at a desk job or spending hours on electronic devices, lack of movement can affect the circulation of blood and energy throughout the body. This sedentary behavior contributes to muscle stiffness, poor circulation, and eventually, energy stagnation.

Physical activity is the most effective way to promote energy circulation. Regular exercise, such as walking, yoga, tai chi, or any form of physical activity, helps maintain muscle flexibility, enhance blood flow, and stimulate the body's energy pathways.
